121 UK claims catchments. Up to three firms per catchment. Consumers choose. Wolf supplies the infrastructure.
Consumer Claims Passport is free to every UK consumer. When a consumer's claim stalls, the provider ignores them or the claim becomes complex, they can raise their hand from inside their account, choose a firm holding a seat in their area and send that firm their complete claim passport in one click.
Credit file, breaches matched to the rule and regulator, complaint sent, data request, every provider reply, filed and dated.
They see the firms holding a seat in their postcode area, in a random order, with each firm's register number and fee basis.
They pick the firm, tick the documents, give their consent and click send. The passport lands in your firm inbox, and any engagement is between them and you.
Seat map
Each postcode area has three seats, five in Metro areas . One seat per firm per area. Firms are never named. Pick the open areas you want, then send your request.
Stripes show the mix of seats in an area. The figure under each code is seats taken out of seats in that area. Tap an area with an open seat, or one in discussion, to add it to your request; tap again to remove it.

What a seat gives your firm
Your firm appears, with its register number, fee basis and contact details, to every consumer in your areas who raises their hand. The consumer alone chooses the firm. A consumer who chooses you sends their claim passport, with their consent, to your secure firm inbox at claimpassports.com/firm: the claim summary, the breaches identified with the rule and regulator, the letters they sent, the replies they received, the documents they chose and their contact details. You set the status (contacting, accepted or declined) and the consumer sees it.
What a seat does not give your firm
Your firm pays for the build and maintenance of the infrastructure, not for consumers, claims, data or introductions. Wolf does not promise any number of hand raises or instructions. Your firm sees only the passports consumers choose to send it, and only while their consent stands; firms never see consumer accounts.
No win, no fee
Every firm on the platform takes claims sent through it on a no win, no fee basis. Consumers are told this before they choose a firm. If a claim does not succeed, the consumer pays the firm nothing. A firm that stops offering no win, no fee is removed from consumer view.
How Wolf stays infrastructure
Wolf provides the infrastructure. Consumers control their claims. Independent professionals provide advice when requested. Wolf does not advise the consumer, select the firm, negotiate the engagement, receive a referral commission or participate in the outcome. Firms appear in a random order with identical cards. Your seat decides which areas your firm is displayed in. It never decides which firm a consumer chooses, and the firm alone decides whether to accept a claim.
Who can hold a seat
Solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and claims management firms authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. Wolf checks the register entry before a seat is assigned and shows consumers the date of that check.
Consumers stay free
Consumer Claims Passport is free to consumers at every stage. Your fees are agreed between you and the consumer, in writing, before any work starts.
